For our Commercial Europe team, we are looking to recruit a Manager evoZero Sales Europe (f/m/d) working on our new Net Zero Carbon Cement brand.
The role will be located at our Head Office in Heidelberg and you will directly report to the Area Director Commercial Europe.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Commercial responsibility (P&L measure) for the success of evoZero, to be positioned as a high-end/ high-priced & unique product in European markets
Enablement of the countries to successfully meet their evoZero target, using the evoZero ambassadors and pre-sales teams as a key entry point
Strong collaboration with the global evoZero team (Product Management and Key Account) to create & profit from experiences and customer contacts (ie Datacenters)
Orderbook management: you are the voice of the European orderbook across the different channels and ensure proper management on country level including the use of CRM
Volume allocation decisions – to satisfy local and international demand vs limited supply (including solving inevitable trade-offs across regions/countries together with global team)
Develop Personas / USP per target group (architects; developers; investors) based on country experiences and input from global evoZero department
Pricing – together with the evoZero Sterco update pricing structure as needed
Establish strong commercial partnerships (in targeted projects/ market segments) along the value chain, between producer, contractors, developer/owner and key influencers
Strengthen the creation and the exchange between countries of Marketing Communications assets (including co-communication with customers / key projects)
Develop and do Sales Training for ambassadors and selected country sales managers
Co-develop with local Country teams "Go-to-Market" action plans and 'be the face' of the product in front of customers, where appropriate
Work closely and collaboratively with key HM support functions, in particular global evoZero team, but also colleagues in ESG, Communications and Digital
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor or Master degree in Sales / Marketing or relevant subject; MBA preferred
5-10 years commercial experience, with proven record in commercial management and good understanding of marketing communications
Deep understanding of construction supply chain and cement/ concrete sector
Proven success at establishing partnership sales approach with clients, developers, and influencers
Pricing experience in alignment with an agreed corporate strategy
Strong coordination skills across different parts of a business
Good analytical skills, able to synthesize data and use it for good commercial decision making
Project management skills, including strong governance and organised administration
Proficient across Microsoft applications
Excellent and clear communication skills in English (oral and written)
Willingness to travel extensively (mainly Europe)
Strong change management skills and an ability to thrive in an environment of change
