Aufgaben

  • 80% outbound prospecting via phone
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & Product to generate qualified pipeline
  • Operate confidently in HubSpot
  • Manage daily tasks efficiently within the CRM – you own your pipeline and priorities

Qualifikation

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting
  • Strong CRM skills (HubSpot) – able to build dashboards, reports, and automations independently
  • Excellent task management and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Smart, structured, and analytical mindset – strong academic background and quick learner
  • High self-motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills
  • German at native proficiency (C2+) and strong English (C1), paired with outstanding communication and expression skills in German
