  • Maintain and service existing accounts by providing technical/ application, logistics, and quality support.
  • Cultivate, qualify, and validate leads.
  • Actively manage pricing system
  • Support customer special requests including: order release, credit limit, debit/credit, customer complaints, agreements, and price quotations.
  • Serve as lead contact for distribution partners: transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, price and contract management.
  • Manage customer base to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and provide continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • 1-5 years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry
  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in customer relations
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and business software programs
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality and ability to work with multiple functional groups
  • Candidate must be willing to physically work out of our Madison Heights, MI location at a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Hours will be traditional working hours Monday-Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Must be willing to travel (10% minimum) - When not traveling, selected candidate will spend the bulk of their time working at the site in Madison Heights, MI

The salary range for this role is $ 75,000.00 and $ 85,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
