Key Account Executive Construction – Ingeniero Especificador Construcción
In this role of Key Account Executive Construction – Ingeniero Especificador Construcción, you will be the key piece that connects the technical world of construction with innovative solutions of high impact. From Ciudad de México, you will have the opportunity to open and develop strategic relationships with the most influential construction companies and architecture firms in the country, specifying systems that transform the quality and durability of their projects. You will be the expert voice that guides clients in the selection of waterproofing, adhesives, and repair systems, integrating our products into plans, catalogs, and real works. It is a dynamic position, with strong presence in the field, ideal for those who enjoy solving technical challenges, generating tangible impact in large-scale projects, and building long-term alliances within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients at a national level, identifying architecture firms, construction companies, and real estate developers.
- Present the portfolio of products and systems, including waterproofing, adhesives, and repair systems.
- Specify products in plans, descriptive memories, and concept catalogs, ensuring that the solutions meet the technical requirements of the project.
- Develop concept catalogs for maintenance and new construction, with proposals for long-term solutions.
- Manage and follow up on existing corporate clients and their active projects in different regions of the country.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and the network of distributors, ensuring the correct application and implementation of the specified systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Engineering area to validate technical solutions and resolve specific requirements.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate real work conditions, validate applications, gather information, and detect technical opportunities.
- Generate technical documentation such as reports, data sheets, presentations, and support materials for clients and internal team.
- Participate in internal technical training to master the product portfolio and its applications in construction.
Requirements:
- Degree of studies: Civil Engineer or Architect.
- Handling of AutoCAD, rendering tools, and Excel.
- Minimum 3 years working in construction, remodeling, or supervision.
- Experience integrating materials in plans and technical documents.
- Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into adequate solutions.
- Willingness to work in the field and visit clients constantly.
- Residing in Ciudad de México.
- Intermediate handling of the English language.
