Responsibilities: The National Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of your channel, aligning the sales team with the company's overarching objectives, optimizing sales productivity, and enhancing partner relationships, by analyzing performance data and implementing targeted strategies, driving substantial revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, both short and long-term, to achieve sales targets and drive across all regions growth, by supporting teams in overcoming challenges and obstacle. Manage relationships with End to End Vision; Management of sales teams through commercial action plans, monitoring of business opportunities, monitoring of targets, and field follow-up. Ensuring that the sales team develops through technical training on products, negotiation, and sales; Management of direct and indirect sales channels; Strong ability of competition analysis, define strong actions plans, as well as track sales performance and customer service feedback from customers in order to get grants and information to growth and improve our business; Implement the commercial strategy. Direct and develop sales team with timely feedback to modify and improve performance standards; Ensure that sales and coverage targets are met in the region. Train and develop teams, focusing on negotiation, sales, and relationships with direct and indirect channels. Identify and establish business opportunities in Brazil and develop key retail and customer relationships to maximize growth and market share; Define and ensure that processes are aligned with JBP guidelines, policies, standards and code of conduct of the company; Define, manage and monitor the budget, KPIs and monthly results.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Post-graduate degree (e.g., PhD) in Sales, Marketing, or Management. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Proven track record in people management, distribution, negotiation, and business growth.
