What You'll do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Sales Specialists to support sales campaigns, customer solution design, technical presentations, and product specific go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with Sales Directors and District Managers to align technical sales strategies with revenue goals and market opportunities.
Oversee the execution of technical sales support, including job walks, customer consultations, and solution scoping.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality proposals, technical documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
Monitor and report on team performance using Salesforce and other CRM tools; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Serve as a senior technical advisor for complex customer projects, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and service delivery.
Identify market trends and recommend new equipment lines or solution offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
Represent the technical sales function in cross-functional meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning initiatives.
