Sales Director
We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is pivotal in driving growth by cultivating high-impact relationships with leading automotive, enterprise, and government organizations.
You will be responsible for establishing and expanding strategic partnerships with customers, partners, and public sector stakeholders to accelerate adoption of offerings and strengthen our market position in KSA.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will drive rapid engagement with our offerings, including location content, location services, and professional services. Your mission is to expand HERE's position as the preferred location technology partner for leading companies, ensuring broad distribution and maximum reach of our products and services across the region.
As a Sales Director you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets, key sales objectives, developing account strategies, pipeline, negotiating pricing, discussing sales planning, managing processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals.
- Leading a small-focused team to achieve our agreed objectives through support, mentorship and direction (even though due to the matrix structure not all team members have a direct reporting line).
- Partner with internal teams to increase share of voice of KSA internally and build an immediate term strategy for HERE doing business in KSA
- Developing C-level relationships with all accounts and ensuring all Key Decision Makers and Stakeholders are supportive and endorse our specific account objectives.
- Developing short- and long-term account strategies, securing senior internal stakeholder support and then deliver against the execution of these strategies.
- Interfacing with all internal support teams to ensure the requirements of your customers are met and delivered in a timely manner.
- Understanding pricing structures and negotiating Contracts and or Amendments through to conclusion.
Education, experience and qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience engaging with senior executives (CIO, CTO, CFO, CPO, CEO, COO) at large organizations.
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale across large enterprises.
- High energy, independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Established network in mobile internet and deep understanding of the competitive landscape in target sectors.
