This is a player-coach development role designed for top producers who want to grow into leadership. You'll master the field, learn how to build and lead a team, and transition into a Team Lead position as you prove your ability to perform and develop others.

Your Role in the Field

You'll start by mastering the core role, then expand into leadership responsibilities as you grow.

Knock & Close: Generate leads door-to-door and close deals in the field. Learn to Lead: Shadow current leaders and begin mentoring newer reps. Recruit: Help identify and attract future team members. Train: Assist with onboarding and field training for new hires. Support the Team: Join ride-alongs, help with appointments, and build team momentum. Grow Into Leadership: Gradually take ownership of team performance and results.

What You Bring to the Table

Door-to-Door or Sales Experience Preferred: You're comfortable talking to anyone. Leadership Potential: You're competitive, coachable, and ready to grow. Strong Work Ethic: You lead by example through action. The Personality: High energy, positive, and driven to win. The Basics: Valid driver's license and a pickup truck (or ability to get one within 60 days). Grit: Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors consistently.

Compensation Structure

Leadership in Training Phase: Base Pay + Commission Promotion to Team Lead: Increased earning potential through higher production and team opportunities
