The Pelón US Sales Representative is responsible for the development and growth of the Pelón and Crayón brands in the United States market, covering all relevant channels for their distribution. The role executes the commercial strategy of the Pelón Pelo Rico franchise in the U.S., develops relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, drives the execution of the promotional plan, and expands distribution in channels such as confectionery distributors, grocery wholesalers, C&C, self-service, C&D, among others.
Additionally, the role is responsible for managing distributors, developing regional accounts, forecasting, meeting sales goals, and tracking KPIs. It requires a multicultural, bilingual approach and high mobility between Mexico and the United States.
