Digital Sales - Customer Success Manager (F/M/D) for Turkey

For our Sales Center in the heart of Berlin, we are looking for a Digital Sales - Customer Success Manager (W/M/D), your focus is Cloud & Infrastructure Sales for existing customers in Turkey. Our DCSM team supports as-a-service existing customers in Central Europe and is responsible for up- and cross-selling activities. In this role, you will make the best out of our customers' solutions with our products and dedicate yourself to the success of our customers. You will ensure that they benefit best from our solutions.

Which tasks you will be responsible for:
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of HPE GreenLake existing customers in Turkey and be their first contact, understanding the business goals, project priorities, and desired outcomes of the customers
- Your main task will be to accompany the customer growth and identify up- and cross-selling potentials
- You will help your customers to get the best out of HPE solutions and ensure that the desired outcomes are understood and achieved
- Your work extends over the entire cooperation with our existing customers: from onboarding to the expansion of solutions into new business areas
- Develop and maintain a success plan in which the goals and timelines are recorded and ensure that customers experience a consistently positive experience throughout the journey
How your profile could ideally look:
- University degree or training with 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in the Cloud & Infrastructure area
- Sales experience in a technically-oriented IT environment would be beneficial
- A great interest in IT sales coupled with a communicative and open nature
- High degree of self-responsibility as well as proactivity and the “will to learn”
- Strong networking skills both with internal departments and with external stakeholders in the interest of customer success and the maintenance of the general business strategy
- Willingness to look beyond the horizon and always prioritize the customer needs
- Good German and English skills, and very good knowledge in the national language of the region you will be working in, in this role Turkish
