Responsible for managing a new team initially consisting of seven sales professionals based in Manchester and Leixlip.
The team will be focused on driving on time operational services support renewals, improving customer net dollar retention and building strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share. Works strategically with customers and/or strategic partners within a defined account assignment or territory. Manages the performance of individual contributors and the overall team and grows and develops talent within the organization.
This is a new role managing a new team, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate how they will quickly build team capability, effectiveness and culture. The role will require the Manager to be typically onsite in Manchester Monday to Thursday.
Applies advanced Operational Services subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of their direct reports. Reports to UKIMEA Operational Services Sales Leader.
