Digital Sales Representative

This role has been designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Which Tasks You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Building and managing a customer portfolio in a certain region / from assigned new and existing customers (e.g., top accounts, enterprise accounts, public/healthcare segment)
  • Proactively selling the HPE product portfolio with a focus on storage, taking into account the company strategy and industry trends, and handling transactional business
  • Analyzing customer industries and competitive situations to best adapt the HPE portfolio to the needs and goals of the customer
  • Managing and optimizing projects as well as creating development forecasts
  • Participating in product campaigns to increase sales and generate new projects, as well as building your own network
  • Up- and cross-selling IT solutions to customers as part of the customer retention strategy

How Your Profile Could Ideally Look:

  • Whether you have a university degree or a vocational training, we also welcome lateral entrants as well as IT sales experienced persons (IT-Sales experience)
  • A great interest in IT sales combined with a communicative and open nature
  • High degree of self-responsibility as well as proactivity and the ‘willingness to learn’
  • First sales experience, ideally in a technically-oriented IT environment
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
