Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You'll be part of our Graduate Program in HPE Sweden CSLV team, participating in the OS Channel Sales Team.

Start Date: 1 May.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

You manage selected Channel partners, initially focusing on 3 distributors: ALSO, Arrow, and TD Synnex. You work closely together with them to drive Renewals, Conversions as well as New Business.

Key activities include:

  • Weekly Meetings to discuss Open Quote Report, as well as New Business-focused initiatives. Where possible, you do this face-to-face.
  • Prepare and Share Monthly forecast for each distributor
  • Prepare and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with each Distributor
  • Represent HPE in Channel partner organized events/activities.
  • Being responsible for driving out initiatives that come from category locally (Ann-Sofie) within the HPE partner organization (i.e. inform PSMs).
  • Perform analytics to drive channel growth

What you'll need:

  • A positive mindset, a willingness to learn, and collaborate in a virtual team
  • Look for self-development, as well as reach out proactively for support
  • Be proactive in reaching out to internal/external stakeholders. Build your network.
  • Mindset to proactively collaborate
  • Language skills: Swedish + English
  • Good understanding of Excel, and willingness to learn other job-related tools

What we'd prefer you bring in addition:

  • Help deliver business outcomes (measured in sales orders and KPI metrics.
  • Apply a sense of urgency
  • The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
