We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager who will be part of our HPE family in the Austria branch above the roofs of Vienna. In this role you will solve the challenges of tomorrow with our products and make the IT of our customers more efficient, productive, and secure.

Your profile:

  • You are a communication star with an open, positive demeanor
  • You have a high level of accountability, show initiative, and engagement
  • You possess a certain technical affinity and analytical skills
  • You are team-oriented and capable of motivation
  • You are a strong organizational talent and have effective time management
  • You show presentation and communication strength, also on management level
  • You have a university degree or equivalent degree or a completed technical, engineering or commercial training
  • You have already experience as an Account Manager, in Inside Sales or as a customer service representative within the IT sector
  • You have one to four years of experience in IT sales
  • Experiences in other industries or in different sales roles are desirable
  • You have practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • You have good knowledge in handling MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • You have very good German and English skills

Your tasks:

  • Support of enterprise account customers in sales area Austria
  • Proactive sales of the complete HPE product portfolio taking into account the company strategy and industry trends as well as processing of transactional business
  • Analysis of customer industries and competitive situations to best adapt the HPE portfolio to the needs and goals of the customer (account management)
  • Building, maintaining, and organizing projects as well as forecast for development
  • Participation in product campaigns to increase sales and generate new projects
  • Close cooperation with end customers, sales partners, and account managers in the field
  • Up- and cross-selling of IT solutions to customers as part of the customer retention strategy
