Job Description

The Digital Marketing/Sales Advisor with English is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance & support to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.

How you'll make your mark:

A Live chat and digital inbound lead qualifier for English is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.

  • Seek out new leads and new customer opportunities.
  • Efficiently handle inbound live chat, call sales and email sales for relevant customers to generate new business.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with customers
  • Develop and manage lead generation performance for your respective geographies.
  • Articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Represent HPE with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phone) to interact and reach out to online customers.
  • Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.
  • Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.
  • Comply with all HPE standards, processes and tools.
  • Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.

About You

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and grammar skills.
  • Passionate about lead generation and expanding the customer base.
  • Ability to nurture and build strong customer relationships
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Moderate knowledge and understanding of business development.
  • Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles.
