Sales And Partner Activation Lead

We are seeking a Sales and Partner Activation Lead to join our WW Sales and Channel Activation team. Must have strong project management and communication skills.

Activation Leads are key point persons in business planning and communications reaching sales and partners. They support assigned HPE business groups, functions, or geographies, and drive strategic delivery of key information related to HPE products, services, and solutions to our internal sales audiences and external partners.

The goal of this role is to strategically deliver content and communications to HPE sales and our partners to help these seller audiences more easily find and consume the material needed to successfully generate sales and demand for the HPE portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a trusted advisor and communications liaison for assigned group(s) to best serve internal sales and partners.
  • Host and lead team meetings with leaders and business representatives to gather product, service, solution, operational, and promotional topics impacting sales and partners as aligned to business priorities and communications needs/strategies.
  • Leverage tools and processes to deliver consistent, strategic, measurable support.
  • Lead the creation of monthly and quarterly editorial plans that support the assigned area and impacted audiences.
  • Create and drive complex activation plans to support product development and HPE strategy advancement.
  • Break down complex programs and concepts into actionable formats that are easily consumed by sellers.
  • Identify strategic ways to maximize audience reach and message relevancy, while streamlining communications.

Own the review of content and communication deliverables in support of plans including, but not limited to:

  • Sales resources
  • Articles
  • Email
  • Social media content
  • Webinars
  • Invitations
  • Proactive interaction with key HPE executives and stakeholders to advance sales and channel content development.
  • Analyzation of program costs and derive insights from metrics to achieve best-in-class results.
  • Close monitoring/actively driving multiple plans and deliverables to execution.
  • Regularly working as part of a closely connected team to meet goals and deadlines.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Business Analyst (BA) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years communication, marketing, sales role, program management, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Proven ability to successfully work as part of a larger interconnected team.
  • Strong leadership and organization.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and transforming technical messaging into messaging that is more consumable by general audiences.
  • Sound independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
  • Previous experience communicating with sellers an knowledge of sales lifecycle systems is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly break down complex programs and concepts into simple information that is actionable and consumable by sellers.
  • Understanding of industry, customer segments, and go-to-market models is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a basic understanding of news writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding results while balancing multiple priorities.
