Sales Compensation Business Consultant

We are looking for a Sales Compensation Business Consultant to join our team!

How you will make your mark:

  • Collaborate with the Design Consultants and PDE team.
  • Connection between business stakeholders & sales comp.
  • React to things that happen in the business (new business models that need translation to the sales comp).
  • Part of the TRIO with SIS and PDE on next FY Design.
  • Feasibility assessment.
  • DPA requirements & negotiation for global DPA.
  • Collaboration with PDE team on comp plans, signoff of comp plans.
  • Train the Trainer of the Sales Comp (sub-) Leads and BCs on FY design, incl ACI and special programs.
  • Collaborate on Launch preparation for plan decks, plan mappings, plan comments & notes, ACI review.
  • Special programs/bonus programs (examples linearity/ GL New Logo/ Revenue adjustment programs,, back to draw, etc …).
  • Plan related Sales Letter comments.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Typically 6-10 years experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales compensation operations.
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices in multiple and varied situations.
  • Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans to guide updates, enhancements and deployment of sales compensation tools and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales commission operational architecture, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
