Job Description:

The WW Compute & HVS Business Transformation Leader leads and oversees projects that involve significant changes within the organization, often affecting its business model, processes, technology, or culture. They translate strategic direction into action, identify areas for improvement, and ensure effective implementation of change. The goal is to streamline operations, increase productivity, and improve overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate business objectives into holistic strategies and actions.
  • Program Management: Design and lead transformation programs, managing schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and improve enterprise processes, policies, and tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance to business leaders and project teams, ensuring consistency in execution.
  • Data Analysis: Identify and analyze key performance indicators to assess program health and performance.
  • Change Management: Manage the people’s side of change by engaging stakeholders and fostering a culture of transformation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop project plans, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex problems, applying business expertise and analytical skills.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. USD Annual Salary: $155,500.00 - $376,000.00
