Inside Sales Manager

HexArmor is seeking to add a results-oriented leader to our Inside Sales Organization. This leader will focus on coaching and developing a team of Account Executives. They will be responsible for driving territory growth and alignment through their team.

Onsite at the HexArmor Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Director of Inside Sales and the other members of the Inside Sales management team to coach and enable the Account Executives.
  • Track and measure revenue generating activities using the available CRM, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Work with Inside Sales Management to hold team accountable for weekly and monthly activity goals.
  • Conduct formal training and coaching to sales representatives regarding systems, processes, and activity expectations.
  • Drive territory growth and alignment through regular communication with the outside Regional Sales Directors.
  • Assists in implementing activity-based sales initiatives with account executives.
  • Oversees regional travel and tradeshow lead follow-up with marketing to ensure timely and effective reach outs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in an outbound and inbound sales role
  • Strong organizational, operational skills, and attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience with sales coaching and development
  • Demonstrated ability to consistent generate qualified sales and exceed goals by managing process for creating opportunities and building pipeline
  • 1-2 years experience with Salesforce.com and sales enablement tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
