As a Sales Executive (w/m/d) in our Berlin location, you will manage the entire sales cycle from cold calling to closing. In this role, you can achieve an annual target salary between 50,000 € and 75,000 € OTE. At HeyJobs, we offer you an uncapped, performance-oriented compensation model with clear salary ranges. Scouting & Researching: You utilize Salesforce and other tools to identify potential customers in our vast SME market. Your targeted research forms the basis for developing individual sales strategies.
Presenting & Convincing: As a specialist in solution sales, you proactively contact potential customers. You present our customized digital recruiting solutions and show how they can meet the individual requirements of the customer. With your expert knowledge, you convince them of the added value of our product.
Consulting & Creating Offers: You individually advise interested parties and help them find the best HeyJobs solutions. Based on these conversations, you create and send customized offers.
Follow-Up & Re-Engagement: Your goal is clear: you stay on top of things to drive the sales process efficiently. You ensure that sent offers remain in the spotlight and take responsibility for closing the sales.
Documenting & Analyzing: With care and precision, you document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
Teamwork & Exchange: You actively participate in our team meetings to share successes and challenges. Together, we strengthen ourselves to become even better.
Experience in Sales: You bring experience or a strong interest in the sales environment or solution sales - ideally through activities in direct customer contact, telephone prospecting, or selling individual solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably in Salesforce, for customer identification and documentation of sales activities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German. Ability to present complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
Consulting Skills: Strong consulting competence and the ability to recognize individual customer needs and present tailored solutions convincingly.
Willingness to Learn: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, especially in terms of knowledge of HeyJobs solutions.
