Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in the dynamic sales team, being responsible for actively building the sales pipeline and introducing our software solution to potential customers. You will acquire new B2B customers and accompany the customer until the product demo step.

Tasks

Research and identify new B2B customers

Actively telephone decision-makers and schedule appointments

Advise on challenges and first solution approaches

Document all activities in Salesforce as well as goal tracking

Continuous optimization of sales skills and teamwork

Profile

First experience in proactive telephone customer outreach

Secure handling of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce

Very good German language skills and convincing communication

High motivation for sales and pronounced resilience

Eagerness for development, learning, and continuous improvement
