Sales Executive

To promote and sell HIAB products and services including telematics and maintenance and repair contracts.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions within limits of authority;
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services solutions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry news to better position the company's offerings and identify new opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sales activities reporting, customer interactions, and other data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for analysis and future strategy planning
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Collect customer feedback and information on competitors' activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

What you'll need to succeed:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree

Working Experience

  • +5 years experience in a sales role within the related industry.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in technical equipment sales gained in the commercial vehicle market

Competence and Skills

  • Proven ability to drive and develop equipment sales and profitability
  • Eager to create and maintain long term customer and third party relationships based on trust, support and cooperation
  • Strong business mind-set with technical skills;
  • Teamplayer with great communication skills
  • Able to domestic travel 50% of the time
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization,
  • High integrity and excellent interpersonal and skills;
  • Good computer skills CRM, ERP-knowledge

Language skills

  • English (B1/B2)
