What Will You Do?

• Processing small to medium-sized requests in the group and event area
• Offer creation and consultation and planning together with the customer
• Contract creation and negotiations
• Instruction and control of advance payments
• Creation of group and function sheets
• Final invoice control
• Hotel tour and presentation of the hotel
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• General administrative tasks
• Creation and editing of various reports
• Maintenance of all systems (Delphi.fdc, etc.)
• Support for smaller projects
• Support in the onboarding of new employees
• Communication and coordination of external partners

What Do You Bring?

• A completed vocational training in the hotel/event sector or a comparable degree
• Enjoyment in planning events and parties
• Enjoyment in teamwork
• Structured working method
• Enjoyment in working with international customers and colleagues
• Very good manners
• Fluent German and English skills

In this position, it would be advantageous if you have the following skills:

• Prior experience with the computer software Delphi
• First experiences in a similar activity
