This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As a Director Sales Worldwide Accounts (Association Group Sales), you will be an individual contributor focused on targeted customer relations to promote Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands. On the Association Group Sales team, reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a portfolio of Hilton Sales accounts. You will develop accounts to increase revenue and market share while collaborating closely with Hilton sales partners. You will maintain account ownership, driving performance through internal and external development.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Guide the account planning strategy for your accounts to facilitate growth
- Establish methods for long-term, strategic account development
- Aggregate client account-based growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity
- Qualify accounts and maintain compliance to account governance protocol
- Ensure your clients' daily needs are met while identifying viable opportunities to improve operational and financial performance through targeted initiatives
- Be a subject matter expert in all brands and closing the sale with clients
- Anticipate client needs and develop an approach that is tailored to each client
- Generate leads and mine opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with Hilton Direct Partnership Team Members and Hilton Worldwide Sales Specialists to drive total account value and provide total client solutions
- Engage with customer decision-makers and executives to influence positive buying behaviors
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Model account-based trends on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, compare data with previous years' results and forecast future account-based growth rates
- Provide accurate forecasting and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Understand industry trends that impact customer buying behaviors and offer innovative solutions
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Seven (7) years of hotel group sales experience (on property or corporate)
- Experience with the Association segment
- Experience building collaborative team strategies for account management and growth
- Experience analyzing data and making data-centric recommendations
- 30% travel time (average)
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Ten (10) years of hotel group sales experience
- Experience with Association accounts in Upper Midwest
- Experience maintaining national and/or global accounts
- Experience with group sales for multi-day programs of 300+ attendees
- In-depth knowledge and use in Delphi or similar property sales management system
- Experience using Salesforce

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. #LI-REMOTE
