This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Regional Director of Sales you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Hilton's Commercial team reporting to VP & Commercial Director, you will work on projects focused on maximizing hotel profitability to achieve budgeted revenues and market share targets.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Americas Management to key owners and asset management companies for any property that has been identified as a high need or high impact property for a designated period for each property assigned.
- Develop and implement above and beyond strategic and tactical property plans with the Regional Teams to increase the current base of business and hotel's market share in both transient and group segments for designated hotels.
- Support the activation of the most prioritized revenue generating strategies, products, Managed Based Objectives (MBO's) and tactics delivered by the Hilton Commercial Enterprise to the Americas Managed hotel community. Ensure the development, implementation and achievement of the annual business and market plan objectives through the implementations and delivery of these enterprise actions and MBO's.
- Provide strategic revenue management plans within the hotel to include rate development, establishment of group thresholds, space utilization policy, deployment strategies through the review of competitive data, demand analysis and market mix management.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Maintain an open line of strong collaboration between clients, guests, employees and management.
- Provide as a primary point of contact for HWS leadership from the Americas Managed team to ensure we have aligned targets, goals and focus on designated focus properties with specific tactics and actions to elevate performance.
- Effectively work together with Area Vice Presidents, Area Directors, General Managers, Directors of Sales, Sales staff, Clients, Owners, some of whom will require high levels of patience, sensitivity and empathy
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Design, build and deliver updated progress reporting on the designated properties to the regional commercial and operational leadership teams, ownership groups, asset management when necessary senior Hilton commercial leadership teams.
Why you'll be a great fit:
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Seven (7) years of experience in the Hospitality Management, Sales or Revenue Management field
- Four (4) years of management experience
- Three (3) years of previous operation/sales leadership experience
- Multi-unit management experience
- Travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience working in a global environment with multicultural teams
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Additional/advanced degree coursework in business administration, sales and communication
- OnQ certification
- OnQ Rate & Inventory certification
- GRO experience
- Delphi FDC experience
