We are looking for personalities who share our vision of inspiring guests, who are passionate about their work and want to climb the peak with us. Motivated talents with a sense for the special and true masters who understand their craft like nobody else, in short: peak climbers.

What will you do?

  1. Acquisition of new customers, as well as care of existing customers (both face to face, as well as by phone and in writing)
  2. Negotiation and conclusion of corporate contracts
  3. Proactive support in the conclusion of event contracts
  4. Presentation of the hotel at trade fairs, networking events and workshops
  5. Preparation and support in the planning and implementation of sales trips & fam trips, as well as their own implementation
  6. Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  7. Maintenance of customer data in CRM
  8. Support in the training and onboarding of new team members/apprentices
  9. Cooperation with other departments of the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience

What do you bring with you?

  • A completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to visit customers, attend industry events, and close business deals
  • Self-initiative
  • Enjoyment of working with international customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential to negotiate business contracts with customers, travel organizers, and other partners

It would be an advantage for this position if you could prove the following skills and characteristics:

  • Knowledge of the Munich market
  • Experience in the hotel industry
