The Hilton Boston Park Plaza is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This hotel is a timeless landmark hotel recently refreshed through a $100 million renovation. It offers over 70,000 square feet of flexible event space, including grand ballrooms, modern meeting rooms, and unique industrial-chic venues. With 1,060 guestrooms, the hotel seamlessly combines classic style with contemporary comfort.
Our ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of experience in a senior level hotel sales role, with a strong background in a full-service convention hotel environment. They excel across all market segments and possess a deep understanding of the sales process, including the ability to analyze business opportunities, cultivate senior-level client relationships, secure group business, and confidently negotiate contracts. Experience working with Corporate and Association clients requiring 125+ guestrooms is highly desirable.
This candidate brings the judgment and expertise needed to contribute to decisions that impact group business strategy and communicates clearly and confidently with clients. This role is an in-office position.
Pay Range: This is a salaried role in the range of $90,000.00-100,000.00 based on qualifications and experience. The position qualifies to be part of the Hilton Sales Incentive plan that is paid quarterly, based on performance.
Shift Pattern: Typical office hours of 8:30AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on client engagement for the hotel.
