The VIP Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve individual and organizational sales targets. Schedule Details:

Our Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday will start at 9:30am and end when client interaction is complete.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the VIP/Sampler sales team
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance motivation and monitoring
  • Creating and implement sales plans and strategies; analyzing sales data and trends
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with sales partners, marketing and business operations.
  • Leading all aspects of VIP sales promotions and campaigns and evaluating and improving sales performance
  • Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
  • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses, adheres to company standards, and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

  • Salesmanship, proven track record of success
  • Leadership and teamwork, committed to servant leadership and a commitment to excellence
  • Collaboration, must partner well with key team members within the selling site and overall company
  • Flexible, must have open availability and able to work nights, weekends, holidays
  • Communication, ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism
  • Critical Thinking, detailed orientated with excellent problem-solving skills; able to analyze data, trends and results

In addition, the following are preferred:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise – experience and/or deep knowledge of the timeshare industry
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
