We are seeking Sales Executives with a result-oriented personality to build unforgettable moments. If you enjoy working with new potential clients and helping others enjoy vacations, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Present ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Sell to qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment-only presentations.
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness by using various forms of communication
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
