✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing specific retail store accounts in the Chicagoland area, ensuring consistent ordering, product availability, and visibility on shelves
- Collaborate with the local sales team to drive revenue growth, introduce new products, and build strong relationships with store personnel
- Create and maintain displays to drive sales, assist with promotional efforts, and communicate any issues or opportunities to the local manager
- Plan daily schedules to visit accounts, provide an excellent customer experience, and track progress using CRM tools
- Travel within the Chicagoland area to make deliveries, support adjacent territories, and participate in promotional weeks and sales efforts

- Experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the beverage industry, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while driving revenue growth and promoting products to consumers
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in setting up displays and ensuring product visibility on shelves
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between the company and retailers, as well as to collaborate with the sales team
