Our client is in the fintech industry, and revolutionizing enterprise financial operations through AI agents that automate financial workflows. They serve large enterprises (>RM 1M monthly bills) and have processed USD 160M+ in payments while generating millions in cost savings for clients.

The company now seeks to hire a mature and experienced individual as Senior Sales And Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Account Development: Target CFOs, Treasury Directors, CIOs, and CTOs at large enterprises
• Relationship Leverage: Utilize existing network of C-level contacts in finance and technology
• Solution Consulting: Present AI automation solutions to enterprise decision makers
• Revenue Generation: Drive new client acquisition
• Market Intelligence: Provide insights on enterprise needs and competitive landscape

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in enterprise software, fintech, or financial services sales
• Network: Strong relationships with CFOs, Finance VPs, Treasury Directors, CIOs/CTOs
• Track Record: Proven success selling complex solutions (>RM 250K deal sizes)
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise financial operations and pain points
• Communication: Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility: Comfortable with startup pace while providing strategic guidance
