Sales Executive Opportunity

Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a reputable trade show and event management client in the Houston area, in search for a creative and dynamic Sales Executive with proven success in business development to join their signage department, immediately!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through cold calling, inside and outside sales, and effective client networking.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, understanding individual needs to deliver tailored signage solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts based on each client's signage requirements and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
  • Support sales and marketing program development to expand the client base and improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent industry experience (preferred).
  • Proven success in business development, cold calling, and client relationship building.
  • Knowledge of multifamily and corporate sign packages is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, organization, and both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and familiarity with fabrication materials.
