Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a reputable trade show and event management client in the Houston area, in search for a creative and dynamic Sales Executive with proven success in business development to join their signage department, immediately! Key responsibilities include:
Drive new business development through cold calling, inside and outside sales, and effective client networking.
Build and sustain strong client relationships, understanding individual needs to deliver tailored signage solutions.
Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts based on each client's signage requirements and budget.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
Support sales and marketing program development to expand the client base and improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent industry experience (preferred).
Proven success in business development, cold calling, and client relationship building.
Knowledge of multifamily and corporate sign packages is advantageous.
Strong skills in negotiation, organization, and both written and verbal communication.
Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and familiarity with fabrication materials.
