✨ About The Role
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for active market penetration for Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB), and Live Tank Circuit Breaker (LTB) Service.
- The role involves leading sales teams in Local Service Centers and providing training and knowledge sharing to local sales staff.
- The candidate will work closely with the Product Service Center and Local Service Center to develop customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, competitor analysis, and managing customer budgets and targets.
- The Area Sales Manager will prepare offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with legal aspects and internal guidelines.

- The ideal candidate will have a higher education with a technical and/or commercial focus.
- A strong background in sales, acquisitions, and negotiations, particularly in the electrical industry, is essential.
- The candidate should possess several years of work experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required for effective job performance.
- The successful individual will demonstrate drive, persistence, and the ability to motivate others.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages, such as German, is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% is expected for this role.
