Sales & Business Development

Manage and grow sales of industrial air compressors and related systems within the Singapore market.

Handle and strengthen relationships with existing dealer networks, ensuring consistent sales performance and market coverage.

Actively develop business with M&E contractors, consultants, and project owners for new installations and retrofit projects.

Engage end users across industries (manufacturing, electronics, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, etc.) to identify requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Identify new sales opportunities, projects, and accounts to expand market presence.

Support dealers with product knowledge, technical clarifications, pricing structure, and sales strategies.

Coordinate joint sales calls, product presentations, and site visits with dealers and contractors.

Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

Follow up on project timelines, approvals, and purchase orders to ensure timely closure.

Coordinate delivery, installation, and commissioning schedules with internal teams.

Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements in the Singapore industrial market.

Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to management.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline preferred.

Experience in industrial equipment, air compressors, HVAC, or M&E-related sales is an advantage.

Familiar with Singapore M&E contracting practices and project-based sales.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
