Our Trainee Program for Türkiye is designed for 6 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey at Service Business Unit.
Join us in our Service Business Unit HV Service Sales team to build your career at Hitachi Energy and help advance the world's energy system to be more sustainable, flexible, and secure. Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally. Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you will make impact:
- Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues within the Trainee community and contribute to the energy transition
- Participation in trainings to improve personal and technical skills
- Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor
- Ensure effective communication within the Service Business Unit and the other internal customers to identify and discuss issues, make suggestions for improving operations, quality of work, and efficiency.

Your background:
- Bachelor's Degree in 2024/2025 in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in written and spoken Turkish and English,
- Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, teamwork oriented.
- A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
- A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and BI platforms.
- Provide valuable service to the sales community and working across different cultures & countries, being very dynamic working environment.
