We are seeking a driven and structured colleague for a key role combining Sales Operations with local business development. You will be the link between the business units, the sales organization, and management, responsible for processes, data quality, execution, and continuous improvement – so that we achieve our growth ambitions locally.

Your tasks:

  • Follow up on growth strategies in the business units and translate them into concrete plans, KPIs, and measures.
  • Own order entry forecasts (OR Forecasting) across business units.
  • Responsible for process and data quality in sales.
  • Design and lead improvement initiatives in sales (workflow, processes, tools).
  • Manage and distribute RACI matrices – ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with other Hitachi units.
  • Take local initiatives from idea to realization.
  • Your background:

    • Experience from Sales Operations, Business Development, or similar is an advantage.
    • Solid competence in CRM (Salesforce).
    • Strong business understanding and comfortable presenting in larger and smaller gatherings.
    • Experience with implementation and training across teams.
    • Good written and verbal presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
    • Higher relevant education. Long and relevant experience can compensate for lack of education.
