Your Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of service-sales strategies for Denmark.

  • Customer visits and proposal giving

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, both existing and new.

  • Analysis of customer needs and market opportunities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Building a sales team focused on performance and growth.

You are primarily a team player with a positive and proactive mindset. To thrive in the position, you are a good communicator as well as self-motivated and structured.

  • Documented experience with sales within technological or energy-related products/services.

  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial understanding.

  • Ability to translate strategic plans into concrete actions and results.

  • Fluent Danish and English, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Technical understanding of the energy sector and related products.

  • Experience with international customers and collaboration.

  • Experience in leading teams and driving employee development.
