- The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for HVDC and FACTS/Power Quality services.
- This role involves generating opportunities, identifying customer needs, presenting offers, negotiating, and closing deals.
- The candidate will follow up on customers, offers, and contracts while developing and implementing sales strategies for each customer.
- The position requires driving sales and being responsible for order intake and upselling.
- Collaboration with technical experts and other functions is crucial to support sales and deliver services on Hitachi Energy's installed base.

- The ideal candidate will have a higher education background, preferably in electrical engineering, but education in marketing, sales, or business can also be relevant.
- A solid experience in sales with profit responsibility is essential, particularly in technical sales to large professional players in the industry and utilities.
- Fluency in both English and Norwegian, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with clients.
- The candidate should be enthusiastic about working in the renewable energy sector and have a passion for developing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong strategic and operational skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with various functions and teams.
