Sales Consultant For Specialized Services

Responsible for developing and executing consultative sales strategies with an emphasis on managing the existing customer base for specialized services in control systems, protections, communications, and SCADA for the electrical sector, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives and customer satisfaction.

How you will make an impact:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the portfolio of specialized services
• Identify and qualify new opportunities/clients for the business
• Prepare competitive technical-commercial proposals based on market analysis
• Negotiate and close service contracts
• Perform technical diagnostics of customer needs (existing customer base assessment)
• Propose technical solutions adapted to specific requirements
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposals
• Provide technical support in pre and post-sales stages
• Maintain and develop long-term commercial relationships
• Perform proactive follow-up of opportunities and projects
• Manage executive meetings and presentations
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Keep SAP updated with activities and opportunities
• Prepare commercial management reports
• Follow up on assigned performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in sales planning and review meetings

Requirements:

• Electrical or related engineering (mandatory)
• Specialization in sales or administrative careers (desirable)
• Specialization in control systems or protections (desirable)
• Relevant technical certifications in the sector
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of control systems / services and protections
• Proven experience in the electrical sector
• Deep knowledge of control systems, protections, and SCADA
• Proven track record of meeting commercial goals
• Advanced knowledge of electrical control and protection systems
• Understanding of SCADA architectures
• Ability to interpret technical specifications
• Sales Force, SAP, and office tools proficiency
• Excellent oral and written communication
• High organizational capacity
• Agility in service
• Focus on results
• Spanish: Native or C2 level
• English: Advanced (B2-C1)
• Availability to travel (50-60% of the time)
