We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager (W/M/D) – Microsoft Business Applikationen for our team at Hitachi Solutions Germany GmbH.

Your tasks - How you will drive our customers and us forward:

  • You proactively approach new customers in the Microsoft Business Applikationen sector and convince decision-makers on an equal footing
  • Recognize business opportunities and develop clever sales strategies that lead to real successes
  • Build sustainable relationships - not just for the initial contact, but as a long-term partner at the C-level
  • Work closely with presales, consulting, and delivery to tailor offers accurately
  • Keep an eye on the market and competition and use your knowledge for smart go-to-market strategies
  • Be present at trade fairs, events, and networking events and represent Hitachi Solutions as a strong brand

Qualifications

What you should bring to the table - your profile:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in IT sales, ideally with Microsoft solutions in your portfolio
  • Understanding of business processes in CRM, ERP, supply chain, or customer experience
  • Completed studies in business, IT, or a comparable qualification
  • Communication and negotiation skills - in German and English
  • You recognize business opportunities early, approach customers proactively, and convince with clarity and commitment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivation, and a confident demeanor with customers
  • You handle setbacks constructively and continuously develop yourself
