- The Sales and Partnership Executive will own the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals with high-growth SMEs. - This role involves managing an account list of potential clients and developing strategies to nurture opportunities within each account. - Building relationships and becoming a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders at client companies is a core responsibility. - The candidate will identify areas for improvement in clients' business processes and communicate solutions based on HitPay's products and success stories. - The role includes discussing customer insights and feedback with the Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy and innovation. - Post-sale account management will involve customer engagement, product usage, account activity, referrals, and payments performance. - The candidate will execute the company's Go-To-Market strategy in Thailand, building partnerships with local customers and stakeholders. - Ongoing communication channels with clients will be maintained to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
