Sales Advisor

A Sales Advisor is responsible for providing customers with an optimal experience that contributes to the sales and profits of the store. As a Sales Advisor, you always prioritize customers, assist them, and share your knowledge of products and fashion. You create an environment where it is easy for customers to make their purchases through store activities and excellent garment care. You also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering your help when necessary, to create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Offer an excellent customer experience.
Fold, hang, display, and showcase garments to maximize sales opportunities.
Process, store, and actively restock garments on the sales floor and in inventory.
Unpack, unpack, and secure merchandise in accordance with routines.
Assist customers with purchases and returns at checkout.
