You are customer-focused, always putting our customers first, offering assistance and sharing your knowledge of products and fashion using all available services and features.

Create an environment that meets customer expectations while shopping in our stores through a good level of Store Operation and excellent Garment Care.

Share your knowledge and skills to support your colleagues, actively working as a Great Team to meet the expectations of our customers.

Work in accordance with all H&M standards, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Customer Service

• Welcome customers, ensure a vigilant approach and highlight the 5 basic needs to engage them in all service areas.
• Offer an OMNI customer experience and increase engagement with our H&M Loyalty program, using all available technology and digital tools.
• Use your knowledge of products and fashion to inspire customers by offering shopping suggestions and promoting campaigns, offers, and activities.

Store Operations

• Ensure all best practices are followed in the service areas to meet customer expectations and maximize sales.

Great Team

• Stay updated on all changes communicated internally using all available channels.
• Act, learn, and adapt to OMNI services and tools and share your knowledge.
• Actively support the onboarding of new colleagues and help them achieve team goals.
