As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you play a central role in shaping a unique customer experience. The interplay of your actions and our values contributes to your own success and that of H&M. You will:

• Share your fashion and product knowledge to support our customers in their shopping experience.
• Work in a team to provide top-notch service.
• Communicate in German (at least B1) to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure that sales floor and storage are well-stocked and organized.
• Be yourself and represent the H&M Group positively.
