Key Responsibilities

Direct Customer Service

• Welcome customers, ensure a vigilant approach, and highlight the five basic needs to engage them in all service areas.
• Offer an OMNI customer experience and increase engagement with our H&M Loyalty program, utilizing all available technology and digital tools.
• Use your knowledge of products and fashion to inspire the customer by offering purchase suggestions and promoting campaigns, offers, and activities.

Store Operations

• Ensure that all best practices are followed in service areas to meet customer expectations and maximize sales.

Great Team

• Stay updated on all changes communicated internally using all available channels.
• Act, learn, and adapt to OMNI services and tools and share your knowledge.
• Actively support the onboarding of new colleagues and help them achieve team objectives.
