As a Senior Facility Manager, you enable and secure the operations of our multi-brand store portfolio by providing high-quality facility management services. Acting as an internal service provider and informal leader, you ensure that all sites meet operational, cost, and quality requirements while supporting long-term business growth.
You will:
You'll be part of the Construction & Facility team, working closely with the C&F Manager, other Facility Managers, and stakeholders across Expansion, Brand Sales & Operations, and Regional C&F Specialists. You'll also collaborate with external service providers and landlords to deliver consistent, high-quality facility management across all brands and sites in your portfolio.
We are looking for people with… Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or similar (Facility Management certifications are a plus). Experience in retail facility management, construction, or real estate. Prior experience in leading teams would be advantageous. Strong skills in supplier and contract management. Experience in activity-based budgeting and operational planning. Experience from managing external suppliers and follow-up on contractual obligations. Experience from working in a role with several stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in German and English.

Resilient and flexible in dynamic, high-pressure situations. Skilled in prioritization, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Interested in developing into a formal leadership role.
