In this role, you will drive business growth, expand market share, and deliver outstanding sales performance within your designated territory. You will be responsible for achieving key targets while providing excellence in customer relationship management, service, and support.

What to Expect

  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed targets by promoting Hologic's diagnostics solutions to hospitals, laboratories, and clinics throughout Bayern.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent service, support, and training.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify opportunities and maximize impact.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and competitors, within the diagnostics field
  • Technical Expertise: Confidently explain product features, benefits, and applications, and support customers with technical insights.
  • Data Analysis: Use sales data and market trends to guide decisions and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a positive ambassador for Hologic, consistently upholding our values in every interaction.

What We Expect

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within medical diagnostics
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in diagnostics, and familiarity with customer environments and laboratories
  • Communication Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations, listen actively, and tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Creative in overcoming objections and finding solutions for customers.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of diagnostic products and competence in using CRM and productivity tools.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential. Other languages are a plus.
  • Mobility: Valid driver's licence and readiness to travel extensively across Bayern.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit, working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical behaviour and representing Hologic's values at all times.
