The Insides Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for maintaining a consultative and engaging customer experience for Home Depot Rental managed account customers and territory-based Rental Sales Associates. This position requires a high-level of knowledge of LE Delivery rental systems, strong organizational skills, and a passion to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience for Home Depot Rental customers. The ISR will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key Rental Operations Facility team members, including but not limited to dispatchers, drivers, technicians, and the branch manager.
25% Assist Internal Sales Partners and Call Center Agents - Assists internal partners, such as the national account reps and call center agents with ensuring national account customers have excellent experiences at the local level. Supports issue resolution as necessary
50% Drives Business - Excellent Customer Service - Drives repeat business by providing excellent customer service, detailed quotes, accurate contracts, extensions, and responsiveness. Completes assignments efficiently while paying close attention to detail Continually works to support internal rental partners, with focus on supporting field-based sales associates. Provides customer follow-up, reconciles issues and ensures customer needs are fulfilled
25% Qualifies Leads - Qualifies leads from multiple sources, including but not limited to, Pro Intelligence dashboards, Dodge, and other sources as provided. Distributes appropriate leads to field-based sales associates. Works smaller prospects and current customers to grow share of wallet

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
