Sales & Marketing Representative
HomeWell Care Services FL260 is a trusted, licensed home care agency serving seniors and adults throughout Southeast Jacksonville. We provide compassionate, dependable in-home care that allows clients to live safely and independently at home. We're seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our client base through local partnerships, community outreach, and referral marketing. This is a commission-only position, perfect for a natural networker who thrives on performance-based pay and the satisfaction of helping families find quality care. Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources, including assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, rehab hospitals, and home health agencies.
 - Build partnerships with discharge planners, social workers, and case managers.
 - Promote HomeWell Care Services through face-to-face visits, calls, events, and social media.
 - Conduct drop-ins, presentations, and follow-ups with potential partners.
 - Track outreach and results using the company CRM.
 - Represent HomeWell's brand and services with professionalism.
 - Attend networking events, senior expos, and community activities to build visibility.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development (home care, senior living, or healthcare preferred).
 - Excellent communication and networking skills.
 - Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
 - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
 - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
 - Knowledge of Duval County senior resources is a plus.
 
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. No base salary is provided. Top performers can exceed six figures by cultivating strong referral networks. Commission structure includes:
- 10–15% of first-month billed revenue per new client. Example: A $3,000 client = $300–$450 commission.
 - 2% ongoing residuals each month the client remains active.
 - Tiered bonuses: 5 clients/month → $250 bonus, 10 clients/month → $500 bonus, 15+ clients/month → $1,000 bonus + company recognition.
 - Quarterly performance incentives for meeting growth and retention goals.
 - Additional perks: Weekly commission payouts, flexible schedule and self-managed territory, marketing materials, HomeWell business cards, and support provided, field and CRM support from HomeWell's Executive Operations team, advancement opportunities into salaried or hybrid leadership positions.
 
Schedule:
Flexible hours. You control your schedule. Minimum 15–20 hours/week recommended for outreach and follow-up.
